This course discusses development in children of motor, sensory, and psychosocial perception with emphasis on aspects related to speech and hearing development.  It will also include the risk factors which contribute to abnormalities in speech and hearing development and the various syndromes associated with speech and hearing disabilities. The students will be taught on how to apply this knowledge in the assessments and management of these cases.
