This course, I would say, a continuation from civil procedure course. While you may have learned so many theoretical parts in civil procedure course, this course is purely practical in nature where you have to again prepare pleadings at the initial stage of this course and at the mid stage, to prepare all sorts of court documents relevant for civil trial. Now, you may think that interlocutory application is a matter of the past, but do remember this, interlocutory application stage is important too in the whole process of civil litigation, particularly as to when one can file interlocutory application, pre-trial or post-trial? Something I hope you would still remember to date.
Now, do not hesitate to ask me questions involving civil litigation or civil practice. I'm happy to answer those questions.
